Welcome to Healed Hero LLC. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in the Healed Hero Community and 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions (“Program”) offered by Healed Hero LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
DEFINITIONS
SERVICES
We offer a Healed Hero Community that may include Masterclass Training, group coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching, access to a private group community (via Circle), and recorded sessions. Details vary by subscription plan and are governed by our coaching agreement.
USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent to use our services.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT TERMS
Community fees are charged monthly and 1-2-1 Coaching is sold in a package. Specific pricing information is provided at purchase.
Payments are due upon receipt and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Healed Hero LLC may suspend access to services for non-payment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are granted at Healed Hero’s sole discretion and only if you have fulfilled all obligations and can demonstrate lack of results.
SESSION POLICY
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded if missed. Individual sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
CANCELLATION
All fees are non-refundable. Healed Hero LLC reserves the right to cancel services at any time and will refund on a prorated basis if applicable.
CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree not to share any proprietary content, strategies, or program materials outside the Program. All content remains the intellectual property of Healed Hero LLC. Violation may result in legal action and termination of services.
PROHIBITION AGAINST THEFT AND MISUSE OF INFORMATION
You expressly agree that you will NOT copy, reproduce, download, distribute, steal, or misuse any proprietary content, resources, data, or information from our website, programs, or services. This includes but is not limited to:
All content, including materials on our media/press page, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, theft, or misuse of any information or resources may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action, including claims for damages and recovery of costs.
MEDIA & PRESS RESOURCES
Our media page provides resources about Healed Hero and Adaku for legitimate press, media, and promotional purposes only. By accessing these resources, you agree to use them solely as intended - for factual representation in media coverage, articles, or authorized promotional materials. You may NOT alter, manipulate, misrepresent, or use these resources for unauthorized commercial purposes, defamatory content, or in any way that misrepresents Healed Hero LLC or Adaku.
NON-DISCLOSURE & NON-DEFAMATION
Students must respect the confidentiality of all Program participants. Any defamatory, hostile, or harmful conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
COACHING DISCLAIMER
Coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment. You are responsible for your own results and actions throughout the Program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Healed Hero LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to no more than twice the amount you have paid under this Agreement.
FORCE MAJEURE
Healed Hero LLC is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, pandemics, or legal restrictions.
HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE
Please note that Adaku and Healed Hero LLC will be unavailable during the Christmas and New Year holiday weeks (typically late December through early January). During this period, coaching sessions will not be available, and email responses may be delayed. Specific closure dates will be communicated to active clients in advance. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
